We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@theenchantist.com with your order number and clear photos.
We will happily assist with a replacement or refund if applicable.

All approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
